Terms of Service

By using SikAds websites, embeds, sandbox demos, or Admin tools, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

SikAds enables publishers to monetize AI response wait time with non-intrusive sponsored overlays and lets advertisers bid for placement. Demo environments may use simulated inventory and payouts.

2. Publisher obligations

• Implement the official embed from sikads.com and keep site IDs confidential.
• Do not obscure, auto-click, or fraudulently inflate impressions.
• Comply with destination-site policies when injecting scripts via extensions or bookmarklets.

3. Advertiser obligations

• Provide accurate creatives, brands, and destination URLs.
• Bid at or above the CPM floor and honor view allocations issued by the platform.
• Avoid prohibited categories (malware, deception, illegal content).

4. Revenue share

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, gross eligible spend is split 60% platform / 40% publisher. Allocations, floors, and campaign status may be adjusted by platform operators.

5. Intellectual property

SikAds branding, UI, and software remain our property. Advertiser creatives remain the advertiser’s responsibility and license grant for serving.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” Local/demo deployments may queue support mail and store analytics on disk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery or specific earnings.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SikAds is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
